A classic tale of friendship and family unfolds with Rosie and Moussa as they explore the city of Brussels.
Rosie recently moved with her mom to an apartment building in Molenbeek, Brussels. She soon meets her upstairs neighbor Moussa, an immigrant boy from a large, loving and boisterous family. They go to the same school and quickly become friends, establishing a series of hideouts on rooftops and by the railroad tracks. Yet although Rosie has Moussa, she still misses her absent father, and all she wants is to bring her parents back together again. However, her mom has started a new chapter in life. Will Rosie be able to move on from her former life and embrace her new one?
